Why I created The Smile Reset

as holistic practitioner of the alternative system of medicine


After two pregnancies, my own oral health changed significantly.


I experienced gum inflammation, bleeding, periodontitis and progressive issues that required attention.

As a holistic practitioner, I focused on supporting the mouth as an ecosystem, not overpowering it.

Through consistent, natural practices and simplified routines, I was able to stabilise my oral health, calm inflammation, and avoid further escalation in areas that were being closely monitored.

This program shares the framework and tools I’ve used myself, as guided support.
